1st Annual Monster Dash Fun Run

Students will run during specified time to raise money for the PTO project of the year.

New Families/Buddy Families
Chair:   Meg Hennessey & Natalie Martin

Our Buddy Families are a friendly face for new families to come to with questions and help introduce to the school community.

Organize nominations for PTO board for upcoming year.

PTO Sales

Coordinate sales for dues and treat tuesday.

Spirit Wear

Help coordinate and distribute Spirit Wear sales through the year.

Crafty/Decorating Committee

This is a commitee for our DADS!!!!  Your help is needed during the school day to be a presence on campus.  Our kids love to see their Dads during the day helping out around the school.

Our Box Tops committee helps sort, cut, & count Box Tops that have been dropped off.

Library Committee

Turkey Bingo

Turkey Bingo is a great way to celebrate Thanksgiving as a school community.  Being on this committee, you will help plan & run Turkey Bingo.  

Science Fair Committee

Help with Science Fair set up/clean up, judging, & adding up judging sheets.

Christmas Store

Our Christmas Store gives our students & staff a place to do their Christmas shopping at school while supporting the PTO.

Super Saints Day

Super Saints Day is our end of the school year celebration and field day.  The committee will help plan & run the events for our PK-5th grade students.

Uniform Sale
Chair:   Christine Seapy

The PTO Uniform Sale is a chance to purchase, donate, or consign used uniforms that are in good condition.  The sale takes place sometime over the summer.

Instructions for new members:

Look for the "Log in Here" box on the Home Page.
Click "create your account", please complete all fields (for Family Name, please enter your STUDENT"S last name).
Select "I am a Parent" from the drop down menu under account type.
Enter a valid Email Address, this will become your username, & unique password.
Once you have created your account, please continue to fill in your student's information to include choosing the correct grade & teacher.  


Placing an Order:

Log in to your account
Click on the "For Sale" tab & make your selections.
Make sure you click "Add to Shopping Cart" at the bottom of the page.
Review your order & either "Continue Shopping" or "Check Out"

Online Payments:     Once you choose "Check Out" enter your bank account or credit card information and click "Complete Order"
You will recieve a confirmation email.

Cash or Check Payments:     On the "Check Out" page, select "click here for a printable order form" to view your order (will contain a barcode)
Send the Order Form & Payment to school & the PTO will process your order. Please makes checks payable to ASCS PTO.
